Bad news I order the rims in question and paid extra to have them priority shipped. They were schedualed to arrive today but instead I recieved a phone call saying they were out of stock. Now why couldn't they have told me that when I ordered them a week ago instead of calling me on the delivery date to tell me they don't have them and it will be 6 months before they can fill the order.

Anyway I won't be the one to post pics as now I will be purchasing diffrent rims. So when someone does finally get a set I look forward to seeing them also.

Default Deep Dish C5 Wheels

I put a set of these wheels on my 02 Z06 2 weeks ago. My car is black and I really like the look, I can take a few pictures tonight and send them to someone to post here if you like. Im not sure I can post pictures seeing that I am not a paid member, but if I can, I will.

I recall reading another post from someone dealing with this co. that had similar problems with shipping. Another guy lived close to the facility and they wouldn't let him pick them up. I think they did not stock them and ordered them from somewhere and had them shipped from there.

Look for the pictures in the morning, I got in late this evening and I wanted to wash the car before taking new pictures.
I do like the wheels, the shipping was very fast (2 days) with no issues.

marc,

post your pics in a new thread when you get them up tomorrow so we won't have to dig thru this thread to find them.

Default pic's

I have sent a few pictures to Mike98sil for posting, I have not yet got a chance to set up a photobucket account.
Thanks guys, and be honest about what you think, I really like the wheels, but not yet sold on them being on a Z06.
But they do look great in my opinion.

Hey Mark thanks for the Pix and thanks Mike for posting them.

They look awesome on the car, how do they ride and did they balance cleanly?

I think I might have to put them on my wish list.

How did they balance? Did they need many weights? How is the quality of the chrome? How are the inside barrels finished? How much do the fronts and rears weigh?

Thanks
Mike

Big 10 Tire did the mount and balance for me and they told me the wheels were very straight and balanced out perfect and very easy with, very few weights. I sat them on our UPS scales here at work after unboxing them and the fronts was 23 lbs and the rears were 24.5 lbs. The finish also is very nice, I could not be more satisfied in the quality of the wheels.
Like I said, I am sold on the wheels, but still on the fence about them being on a Z06.

Also, I will have more thime this evening, and I will get the car out in the grass and take some better pic's at better angles.
I did put new tires on them at the same time, but the ride could not be any nicer.....

Wow, that's syaing alot escpecially if you were previously riding on stock OEM Z06 wheels prior to these. Stock Z06 wheels are some of lightest next to the stock OEM magnesiums and one of the best riding.

Default weight

They weight was 1 pound each heavier, than OE Wheel told me that they was, but still light, in my opinion.
And I would not, and are not, trying to sell anyone on these wheels, but I am very pleased with the look and quality all around.
