[Z06] strange noise during CLB install...

strange noise during CLB install...
so i just got done installing the CLB... but i heard a strange noise while doing the install. once i turned the key to "on" and then pulled fuse #25, when i got back under the dash to pull the CL connector, i could hear a strange noise coming from somewhere behind the dash. it sounded like an intermittent clicking noise, almost like an actuator was trying to drive or something. i got everything installed and put the fuse back in, turned the key to "on" again and the noise was still there. i then cleared all of the codes in the DIC from pulling the fuse, started the car up for a few seconds... CLB works great. waited a few minutes, got back in the car and turned the key to "on" with the door shut and no more noise. i'm confused and a little bit worried, so if anybody has any thoughts i would appreciate some feedback. thanks...

i just went out to the car again, turned the key to the "on" position... and the noise happened again for about 20 seconds and then stopped. it could have been there before and i just didn't notice it. is this normal?
