There have been many threads on this topic. If you do a search on C6 wheels for a C5, I'd bet you could find a lot of info. I have read that some need spacers (especially on the back I believe) to make it work (the offsets are different).
C6 front wheels work fine. C6 rear wheels usually work without spacers but are a close fit. Some C5s require a 1/4 inch spacer. I have C6s on my 1999 and did not need spacers.
