There are a few different manufacturers you can choose from, unfortunately, I do not have all the info on the parts, but anyone of these manufacturers build kits with the necessary parts that you can easily mix and match to suit your fancy. That is what I find particularly neat about NO2 kits, they are as personal as you are. Probably most popular is Nitrous Express, they have a kit for the C5 that is a good buy. RM Racing makes a relatively more expensive kit, but it has all the hidden switches that you mention and it comes with just about everything. Finally, NOS (my personal favorite, and the kit I used to run on my WS6) is soon to debut a C5 kit, so I am told, that will utilize a RPM window switch as its triggering mechanism. This I believe will be comparable to the Nitrous Express kit in price and parts, but I like NOS's parts better, the graphics look better and the name seems to synonymus with nitrous. The thing I truely love about NOS, though, is their bottles, I am considering getting dual 10lb fully polished bottles if I go the NO2 route, they are bitchin' but retail at about $400 a piece. If I were to go with NO2 I would build my own kit custom, which means I would probably set up nicer switches, bottles, purge, guages etc, to my level of cleanliness, since most kist just have the basics. The cool thing is that just about any nitrous company is good about getting you the parts you need. Give any of them a call, I'm sure they will help you with all the part numbers you need such that you can build your own custom set up.

I bought an NX kit from a buddy of mine a while back. He had it on his 98 SS Camaro for one month. He needed some cash, I bought it as a favor for him. Now I find out that the kit is the exact same part number that fits on my Z. I am trying hard not to install it. It has two bottles, bottle heater, twin purge, filters, gages etc. It is loaded. I just hope I can have the will power to keep it off the car. hahaa

In other words, I know NX makes a kit for your car.

TNT also makes an excellent kit. This is what I'm going to install on my car once it arrives. :)
