I just got to thinking about what would happen if you had to pull a C5 for a short distance? Like for instance I was at a car show this morning that was in a field of wet grass, and it had a good slope to it. With the big wide tires, I could see having trouble getting traction. Turns out nobody did, but if you had to get a little help getting a disabled Vette off the road out of harms way or something, where would you hook a strap to? Most every car I know of has a tow point front and back, but I can't ever remember seeing anything on the Vette.
I also realize it would be awfully hard to pull one without damaging something, due to how low they sit. Maybe that's why they don't have tow points. How would they winch one up on a roll back even? (I seem to recall reading something about a "Y" shaped sling that hooked into the tie down/puck holes in the frame for that application.)
