Default Need some help

I need some help proving or disproving this vehicle.
Here is a pic and what list I could find of said car. This man has been lurkin carforums.net and just all round being a stereotypical vette owner(no offense, please). he has started threads and called out anybody and everybody sayin that his car is wicked fast, straight line or road course.
we have many members offering to race him for money in a location that he can pick(just about anywhere in the US, people are willing to shut this guy up). there are inconsistencies in his description on his car. in some cases he calles it a C5-R replica, other he says he is using an LQ9(?) block, and others an LS2.
here is a breif description on what ive found so far on his car, and i will dig up the rest throughout the night.
his car sounds legit, but i dont see it making 1400hp on the mods he has listed. i've helped in TT installs on C6 Z06's that dont make 1400hp...

thanks in advance!
Ryan

Just because I have 1400 HP max doesn't mean that I can't just drop the boost by 20 pounds and just run a misery 800 HP, plus I don't need to FLOOR it coming out of the apex. The cool part is that I CAN add boost from inside the car on the fly, 800-1400 HP within 3 seconds... 418ci 6.0L truck block, 9:1 compression all forged internals, AFR fully competition ported 225 heads, a comp solid roller 258/261 cam with .845 lift. FAST intake 90mm throttle body, twin 76mm water-intercooled Garett turbos from Helion (custom kit) and a FAST XFI fuel management computer (stand alone) The fuel system is all BG and completely new. I make 1443 HP @ 6300 RPM with a 7200 RPM redline on 118 race gas to ensure no detonation. I was running 26psi at 1443 HP. At a miserly 6psi which is the minimum setting, I am still running 867 HP. I ran a 9.81 @ 145 MPH in the 1/4 peeling the tires until the 1000 foot mark. If this car was set up for a drag race, I would be running 7.90's.

of course, he is finally called out by a car that he should be able to beat, and finds a way to weasel out of it...

edit- in here it goes through his build process and a few other members trying to figure it out.
we would like th opinions of some vette experts. we've got a few LSx guys who disagree with him, tho.
