"Pull Key Wait 10 Sec" ?
got the "Pull Key Wait 10 Sec" message the other day while starting up my Z in the garage. the column didn't lock up on me. turned the car off and waited 10 sec and stated up again without the message.
should i install the clb ?
car had the recall done in 04 by previous owner.
did a search and my head almost exploded!!!!

I have this problem everyday... If I put the key in and start the car too soon, I get the "Pull the key for ten secs." BS. I have to insert the key, turn it part way to turn on the accessories and wait until the amber security light gpoes out before cranking the engine. Sucks. I installed the CLB. If I didn't hate getting taken to the cleaners by the dealer, I'd go have this looked at.

I've got two column lock bypass modules sitting unused in my garage.
Im selling them for $30/each shipped in the C5 Parts section.
I battled this CL issue all summer until the dealer had to replace the BCM which was the cause of my issue hence no need for the CL bypass.
