Did you look at MID AMERICA MOTOR WORKS, PFYC and ZIP PRODUCTS? They're all site supporting vendors in the column to the left. I saw quite a few a/t shift ***** available.
You can also buy the adapter from the same sources, which allows you to mount any **** onto the a/t lever.
Some vendors will refinish your oem **** with different finishes or real leather.
