It's been a while since I did this stuff... But I think you can just replace the one stud. If I remember correctly you need to remove the rotor. If you do it on your own you pound out what's left of the stud and put a new one in. You need an air gun to pull the new lug onto the rotor by tightening a nut onto the.
Or I would just take the rotor into a place and have them fix it for you. I'm sure it wouldn't cost more than $25 or so.
the stud is pressed into the hub, not the rotor. providing there is ample room behind the stud you can use a punch to drive it out. you can use an open ended lug nut to pull the new stud into place. it all depends if there is room behind the hub. if not the hub will have to be removed

Hopefully there is room so you can do it yourself. Good luck.
I just had two studs replaced after snapping off my left rear wheel for some reason. Took it to the dealer and ended up paying close to $250 They had to remove the hub to get to it. Eventually, I'm going to replace all my rear studs with ARP hardware just for peace of mind.

I am assuming I cant pull the hub myself? I'm pretty handy.
