Default Eureka springs 2008 arrival

JUst arrived in Eureka springs, and will be posting pictures on a regular basis to this thread. I will try to post them nightly, to include some of the events, cars, sights, and whatever else I want to throw up here.

I am in the bavarian, and as promised, time for 2nights pics

Today was the fuel economy run, and also the photo tour. skipped the photo so the wife could go shopping. Will be going on the poker run, car show, and a side trip to turpentine creek 2morrow, so a lot of pic then. But here is todays batch

for fuel run, about a 1.5 hour wait for gas.......


but still smiling


good company, and I love this color on the c6s


about time, now let me pay almost 4 a gallon.....


this bridge is always an experience. long, one way, and wooden over a beautiful lake

Do you think there would be anyplace left to stay Saturday and Sunday night? If we left now we could be there at 4:00pm today.

I'm heading to Dragon's tail Tuesday and this would be the long way around to get there but I'd love to see all those Corvettes!

might be a room or two around somewhere. Vettes leaving early 2morrow, so don't know how many will stay in town and play a little longer

Also,we are going to get wet today, should make the show interesting.

okay, just a couple of my favs from the car show. got lazy and did not take as many as I meant too. But, hey, I am on vacation. More photos from today posted later.

loved this car black/red on a mid year is awesome. Got a little artsy on the photos, lol.




54, lol. Now this a nice old car.


the mighty blue flame!!


I love the lines on a c3. always will be my favorite body style.

Great pics. I got back from ES around noon today. Ran the poker run myself, that was fun and some nice scenery...bad cards though (for us). We sat outside Friday/Saturday afternoon on the strip (hwy 62) and watched all the vettes run up and down. Made me realize I need to do something to mine to make it unique!
