I had both of mine recovered after the Homelink install on the drivers side.

Gone are the "droopy ears" on the side and no longer does it feel like a piece of partical board covered by material.

A local shop charged about $100.00 for all new inners and covering for both visors.

My mirror was falling out, no problem, was able to glue that. If the entire fabric is loose, then, you might have to call an auto upholstery place. It shouldn't be too expensive to fix.

I replaced one visor last year with a new one for $70 from the stealership. Getting ready to replace the other one. Both have lighted mirrors.
