I would try gorilla Glue. I don't care how hot it gets, if you can get it to set, its over. Its not going anywhere. It works on the back convertible windows which is holds glass to cloth, so should work on cloth to plastic

I am a woodworker and can say DO NOT use gorilla glue for this application. This is great stuff for certain applications but has a certain amount of foam expansion which I would imagine would look terrible under the vinyl causing a bulge. My .02 but I'm sure I'm right.

Try a sryinge and a good Super Glue. The upholsters I spoke to told my to buy a new panel. DUH!!!!! When I said no way one suggested a heat gun and applying pressure on the offending part and another suggested the syringe and glue method.
I ordered the armrest. Hides the wrinkle and provides a more comfortable place for my arm (& looks good too.)
I bought a used set from Gene's Kar Shop, forum sponsor, 1-866-200-9133. Don't remember price but do remember it was way less than one new one. Money well spent. In the not to distant future there will be a heck of a market for rebuilt if you can figure out how to recover as used parts will also delaminate in time.
