I saw some being sold not too long ago. I thought on this forum. Anyway, from the pictures they looked pretty sharp.

I've seen a couple floating around and they don't look right on a C5. It's a different story for the C6 Z06 though.... sex on wheels, no doubt.

This is mine with red inserts on the rim, if you paint your lip it will look sick!

Might go to a hobby store, find you some red tape to mock it up to see if it's what you think....

wow, the last pic of that orange c6 looks hawt...
i have the ability of photoshopping it if i really want.. i just dont have the time, nor the program on my new laptop.. so yea..
maybe i should get some 3 piece wheels, the ones i have are 1 piece.
not sure i want just a little red stripe.. the "time attack" look... i want the entire lip painted.

That C6 Z06 looks awesome. Didn't think I would like the looks of wheels like that, but I was wrong.

I had my wheels powdercoated 2 tone: black centers with the red lip... But since he had to bake the wheels twice (2 seperate colors) the red lip wrinkled up and didn't look right... So now I'm going to have to paint the lip red or try another powdercoat guy!
It will look sick though! Definately post pix throughout the process!!!

coyoteSR5- did you paint, or powdercoat the wheels? although PCing is more durable, it would have been easier just painting them.
Here are a few pics of a friend's car.. chrysler srt8. I personally do not like the color scheme he went with, but at least you get an idea of how to paint it.. sand it, prime it, mask the lips and shoot the center, mask the center and shoot the lips, then shoot the entire thing with clear. He did it all by himself with a spray gun and a home-made spray booth...basically, few pieces of plywood with plastic wrapping so dust doesnt get in.
sand/strip original wheels
primer entire wheel
shoot the lips
mask the lips, shoot the center
outcome- no clear yet
clear
final product
and that's that. again, color scheme isnt my style, but doesnt look imposible to do by yourself. btw, those wheels are 1 piece wheels!!!

They were powdercoated... I am going to paint the lip red instead of doing the PC again!
