I would look into someone who is somewhat new to the business of airbrushing as they are usually cheaper then people who are established while trying to make a name for themselves. Make some calls to body shops, art stores, graphic shops. Another possibility is go to the local school (high school or college) campuses and speak to the art teacher/professor about a student who may be talented. This way it would be very inexpensive and give a kid some pride of having some work of his on such a Classic car. Just some ideas...
