windshield wipers keep going

Has anyone had a problem with the windshield wipers. It rain and the wipers will not stop. I had to pull the fuse. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but to no avail.

More than likely, the motor is getting water in it, and shorting to run continously. I had the same problem. New motor at Autozone was about 40 bucks, and it takes about an hour to change out. I wrote a DIY last summer on it, along with a mod to keep your udders clean and clear.
