Check the Service Parts Identification Label on the inside of your glove box lid. It shows the Regular Production Option (RPO) codes for your car as it was delivered from the factory. Here's the RPO codes for each of the C5 supensions:
FE1: Base Suspension
F45: Selective Real Time Damping Suspension
F55: Magnetic Selective Ride Control (Introduced in model year 2003 and replaced the F45)
FE3: Sports Suspension (Included with and part of the Z51 Performance Handling Package)
FE4: Suspension System, Z06
