That price is right at Kelly Blue Book value for an automatic with that mileage in good condition, give or take a couple hundred. Its a buyers market at this time, so maybe you can negotiate the price a little if it turns out to be the car you want. It all depends on the history, maintenance, and condition of car.
i dont know thats alot of miles, dont know about you but i went with a new car so i still had a warranty, but like VeroWing said alot also goes with how the car was taken care of.
Good Luck
If it's the color and equipment you want I would ask for all the maintenance records and if they check out get a buyer's inspection done. That could be a local shop that specializes in Vettes. Ask the Forum members for one in the area of the car. And YOU pay for it so the shop is working for you.
I would also negotiate for a lower price. Why is it being sold? Lots of luxuries are being sold these days. Is this one? Good luck on finding the right car for you.
I would jump on it. They're cheap to fix with help from people on here. Worst case you need a new motor, they're $1500. Other things like shocks are only $300, EBCM may go out $158 so on and so forth. They're very easy to work on, just stay away from the dealership.
Always offer below asking price as well. Why knows what they'll agree to.
It really sucks to hear you guys talking about how low you should offer. Would you sell yours that low? If people keep selling that low, guess what it'll be setting a new price limit. These cars will be the same price as Hondas soon. Actually the Hondas will probably be worth more.

Your prices on repairs seem way low. Where do you get an engine for $1500 ? Replacing major components (engine, clutch, differential) is a MAJOR job, difficult and lots of labor time. There are a lot of expensive electronics on these cars, you can't fix them, and replacing them does cost $$$$. The worse nightmare would be a flood car, the electronics corrode and slowly go bad over time.
