please help indentify this part
just took my 99' frc rear bumer and found that part looks like is damaged as well. have idea what its and what is for? too bad i have no manuals. thanks

Yes, definitely looks a fuel type vent valve. There should be a GM part number on it somewhere. Please contact me if I can be of any assistance.
