Active Traction System
I have a 2002 Z06 just put 265/40-17 tires on front and 295/30-18 on the back. Now the Active Traction System engages when driving above 60 mph in 5th or 6th gear. Can I get car reprogrammed for this setup or should I go back to the original rear tire 295/35-18? Also I have noticed a slight whinning sound coming from the rear.

The EBCM cannot be reprogramed. You need to make sure the rear tire diameter is larger than the front tire diameter. The 30 aspect ratio in the rear is reducing the diameter of the tire.
