Default $3000 for ABS modules.

I have two ABS modules that have quit working and took my baby to the Dealer for service. These modules are $3000 and $300 to put them in someone mentioned that you can call GM for parts assistance and possible partial help with replacement parts. Anyone happen to know or what the 800 number is to start the process.

Help would be appreciated.

You may be able to get the EBCM repaired at the place above. Depending on the failure there is another place that repairs them as well. The BPMV cannot be repaired. Try Gene Culley at GM Parts House for his price on the modules.

That's one of the reasons I have the GMPP warranty on my 02Z.The 36 mo/24K mile warranty is about half of the cost of the EBCM.

Bill, you mentioned another place that may be of help. Would appreciate the name. Trying to deal with GM but they are so far in the toilet, they don't care.
