Default LED interior lights

Does anyone know how to change the interior lights to LEDs? Im looking to change them to either blue or red cant decide, any suggestions on color? The car is a 2001 Black on black ZO6.

Im looking to change all the lights such as dash, door panels, radio, temp display, anyhting lit up, etc...

does anyone know how to do this?

or

if so I would be willing to pay someone to do it if it seems to difficult for me, if anyone is interested?

Ive seen it done once before on the speed killz covette

Thanks in advance
-Doug

Eh refer to post #4. The two best threads about this. Definitely do NOT buy the bulbs that are selling for 12/pair. The same bulbs can be had for half that or less with a little reading of the two threads previously posted.

Maybe if you don't have opposable thumbs! It's not that bad! Good learning experience.

did you do every bulb on the entire car?
If so you can't tell me that it's not extremely time consuming and detailed.

Just want the guy to know what hes getting involved with, if it was that easy for you congrats

Honestly its not that bad. Once you figure out how to do one its all easy from there. I did my whole car in blue. I would recommend buying bulbs from ebay they come with 100 leds (color of your choice) and 100 resisters for like $20. They work great on my car and its was a great mod to do.

I used 3mm bulbs so i did not have grind down the 5mm bulb. They give out just as much light as the 5mm bulb.
