I like it but probably wouldn't own it. I liked the looks of a Yellow/Mod Red Z06 and bought one because of the color combo but I ended up selling it also because of the color combo.
The combo looks better on the C5 especially without the White stripes, Red hash marks and Black wheels. Back in '96 I often saw a new GS with Red interior and Black rims without the stripes or hash marks. I realyy thought it looked pretty good then.
[QUOTE=Bill K;1567544612]I have what I think is rare, I have never seen another one, It is a 2002 Pewter Coupe with Torch Red inside, Have anyone seen one?
Bill
Yes I have. When I was at the GM Tech Center on business back in 99 one of the engineer's there was driving an early 2000 coupe with the pewter / torch red combo. It's what inspired me to get the silver / torch red combo that I own.
Wow, I'm with everyone else in saying that's a terrible color combination. Kudos to trying to keep it 'American' but that red interior is rough on the eyes.
But the exterior is (not that I'm partial or anything!)
I just have never seen a nassau blue with that color interior before (i know interiors can be switched out, i was just wondering if there was a possibility of it coming out of the factory like that)
Thank you AC54ME for the simple polite response!
btw iced98lx its admiral blue not regal blue that is on '96 GS
This car has been for sale for a very long time I feel like. I don't think the price has lowered either. Was never a fan of firethorn red interior but putting it on nassau blue is a disgrace!
Honestly, I don't mind it. I just bought my first C5 (black), but if it were closer and quite a bit cheaper I would have considered it.
Plus I love Nassau Blue - I had a rare LS1 Trans Am that was the Medium Blue Metallic, the equivalent of NB. Would love to have a C5 that color, especially an even rarer color combo.
My father had a '98 Pewter with Firethorn interior. That was a rare one. He ordered it, as it wasn't a "recommended combo". It was gorgeous and had the Magnesium wheels. Here are a few crummy pictures:

I have an '01 Cpe, Navy Blue ext with Torch Red int, didn't really like it that much in the beginning, but it kind of grows on you. I do show it, and I've gotten so many compliments that I really like it now.
The original owner actually ordered it that way, both colors were offered, but not together. BG said as long as the colors are available, they'll put any combination together you want. Apparently they did. Original owner stated his was 5 of 5 made with that combination for
'01, can't verify that, though.
