You definitely should get something like the Sparco Street Fighter! If you're low on budget, I just found some universal bucket seats that look nice. Not sure on the quality though.

will the street fighters fit? I've heard due to the small cockpit in the vettes some seats do not fit well. I am 5'11" 140 so im not to worried about size for me just for the car.
I have read that the Corbeau A4's work in our cars. That being said, I have Sparco's that fit "ok". I know that I am losing some leg room, since they won't go all the way back. I'm short, so it's ok.

Can you let me know the full process for installing those seats and the comfort level of them?
thanks
The process is very simple. Remove your old seats with thier bases (four nuts each + one wire harness on the driver's side). Remove the base (sliders) from the old seats (four bolts). Install the new side mount brackets on the original bases with four bolts and install the seat to the side mount brackets with four bolts. On the driver's side also install the seat controller to the side mount bracket (velcro or magnetic tape). Install the seats into the car and fasten them down with origial four nuts. The whole process takes about 1/2 hour per side. Very simple.
As for comfort, I love them. My old seats were very flat and did not offer much support in the twisties. Additionally, they were getting a tilt toward the driver's door (I assumed the previous owner was not light and sat on the bolster when entering the car). Personally I feel much more comfortable in the new seats. Long trips are no problem. I am 5' 7" 190 lbs. 32" waist. Keep in mind that I tried no less than 6 sets of seats before I settled on these. It is best to try the seats out and see if they fit your body type before jumping in. Stock seats are forgiving when it comes to body types but full shell race seats are not. They will not wear in or conform to your body. If they are uncomfortable the first time, they will be uncomfortable every additional time. For me, the Arizen seats fit PERFECT.
