Hell, With my old eyes and reaction time I wave to all kinds of cars, trucks, fire engines, pretty much anything that remotely resembles a (it must be the Daytime Running Lights!) Corvette.

Gotta wave to every corvette. Without c1 there wouldn't be a C2, without c2 there wouldn't be a C3 and on and on, you get the point. So don't be a dick because you're not better then anybody else.

You must be kidding!!!!!!!!! Of course. A vette is a vette is a vette. It's a brotherhood. (Although there are a few tacky C6 owners out there. Have a C5 vert with two trophys)

I can understand the guy that started the thread because he is a newbie and probably doesn't know the history behind the wave.

But with you i guess i better keep quiet and not respond except to say you are definitely not a true corvette enthusiast.

I did see a beat up filthy 1963 split window coupe the other day driven my a older gentleman. Looked like the original paint and definitely needed a restoration. None the less i was excited to actually see one and definitely waved and got a wave back. If i wasn't in such a hurry that day i would have tried to pull him over and ask him to join our club.

Will try to find some pics for you. Both great looking Vettes and have had the pleasure of riding in one of them.
Definitely would recommend anybody has a chance to ride in one do so.

Waved to another C4 (an 86) on my way home from work and yet again no wave back. I find C4 owners in my area are the least likely ones to return waves back.
