Does anyone know if Exotic Vette eveer picks there phone up? I've been calling for the past 2 days to see whats going on with my order and they dont call me back. If anyone has ordered anything from them (carbon fiber), please let me know if you had the same problem with them. They are a good company right? Thanks alot.

I've ordered CF from him before. Responded real well to email.

His CF vendor was a little slow, but he stayed on the vendor for me. The CF looks great!

I know Dan and I know he is exceptionally busy with school and work in addition to running Exoticvette.com.

I had several correspondences with him at the time of my issues with him, all to less than my satisfaction.
Of course God forbid me, a paying customer, voice my concern.
We need a rating system of some kind, of which I have been a advocate for quite some time now, all of which if not fallen on deaf ears, has not been embraced by those in charge.
This is not mod bashing, just an opinion.
Busy with school work doesn't even come close to being a reasonable excuse.

you are entitled to voice your issues and concerns at anytime on this forum within forum guidelines but you are not allowed to do it in someone elses thread. That being said please send me the details of the transaction I will be more than happy to contact Dan and have him address it. I will be awaiting the details of your issues. I always find it curious when people do not post any issues at the time but jump online later to complain.

You can email me via the forum.

First of all Steve, I have no idea who you are. I imagine you are one of the one or two customers - out of about 10,000 I have now, that had some sort of issue similar to the sun was not bright enough or wanted an answer to how big is the universe or something like that.....

I am not in 'school'. I have nothing to prove to you, however I have been in a week long class all day this week from 8a-6p on business and financial improvement in bad economy. I want to keep my company going as best I possibly can. With guys like you bashing me where I pay thousands of dollars a year, for many years, that is unacceptable. To say I have been busy is an understatement BUT I have, to my knowledge, at least tried to get back to everyone who has called and left a message or email this week. Personally, I don't care what your problem is with me because of how you've chosen to address it, bad mouthing me and probably costing me sales to some of the other members. I would bet whatever your issue with me was, I probably refunded your money or gave you a discount or it cost me money to make you happy..... because of my integrity and business ethic I do my best to give the treatment I would want to even those guys that would never do the same in return.

I seem to recall that I have had to have a moderator address you at least one time before to stop breaking forum rules with your posts concerning my company. If you have further issue with me, please feel free to msg me your number or you can call me or email. Otherwise you can cease posting / bashing my company on the forum, which is against the rules. If you have a personal problem with me, then please bring it to my attention in PRIVATE, because it seems personal.

THANK YOU...
