New guy!
hey guys, I'm new to this thread.. I have an 04 black vette and just recently been getting into the technical and automotive side of the car. I'm new to it and don't know much yet, but I'm going to love learning and improving the already awesome car I have.

I have had my car a little over three years. The wealth of info on this site is incredible. Throw out or don't but the shop maunals! I have ony been on this site for half the time I have owned my car yet what I know about the SB00 has more than quadrupled!

I love it.. this last weekend, me and my friend (who is very knowledgeable about cars) took his monte carlo out to the track to test some 1/4 mile times.. as I sat there an watched him talk with these guys about stuff that went completely over my head, I just thought - "hey, I have a corvette. I would love to know this stuff." Then, here I am

Besides just learning a whole lot, you'll also save lots of $$$ here. (Meaning, you'll get good prices... but in the long run, you'll find a LOT of stuff to buy!) We get excellent prices on anything we need to buy for our cars through the Supporting Vendors; and additionally, what you learn about your car will let you handle repairs you might have otherwise paid for. I've probably saved myself $2K thanks to this place.
