Just had my Z06 tuned and got great dyno results.
Three years ago at Carlisle car was dynoed in 100 degree heat
at 350 HP 340 Torque
Installed a Halltech Stinger and American Racing Headers long tube with X pipe and high flow cats. Stock Ti
With no tune
364 HP 347 Torque
Car was running very rich, tuner leaned it out and HP jumped to 388.
Tuner did a little more work on the spark curve and numbers were great.
403.6 HP and 391 torque.
Not bad for no cam.
If I can figure it out I'll post the graph.
Car is a real beast now.
I don't know if I can say who did the tune since they are not a sponsoring vendor. PM me if you want to know. The guys who did it are LS motor fanatics.
Also want to put in a good word for ARH headers. The product really makes mid range power and the guys are really helpful. I hear a lot about LG but ARH made the power.
Sounds good, but its easy to skew dyno numbers one way or another so it's impossible to compare apples to apples. A typical range would be 380-390rwhp with your mods. I made 'low' dyno numbers with the same mods as you and then went across the street and pulled 12rwhp more the same day. It all depends on where you go.
The 388 and 403 numbers were from the same dyno about a 1/2 hour apart.
The 364 was from another dyno a couple of weeks earlier. Both were Dyno Jets.
We ran the car for a base line on the 388-403 dyno and got similiar numbers to the 364 dyno withing a couple of HP. I can't remember the exact numbers because we were concentrating more on the air fuel ratio which was running slightly over 10.
With a AF ratio like that you can see how they easily got a HP increase by bringing the AF ratio up to the mid 12's.
The tuner did say to me that this car has a strong motor. He said most C5 Z06's that he and his partner have tuned with similiar mods were in the 385-389HP range. They do a lot of LS motor tuning.
The car is back to scaring me again.
I had my 2002 ZO6 dynoed last week. Same mods as you, but different make headers. Have a conservative tune that resulted in 385 hp with more left to tap. Will test this at the track in a couple weeks and see if I need to go more.

I dont get it... why wouldn't you just tune it up while you were there. Is it tuned for better performance at a certain RPM range that you think you'll be in or something?

I have an 02 Z06 with similair mods, (LG Street Headers, Haltech Venom, No Cats and a self tune with AF set at 12.8, 24 degrees timing) and made 389rwhp on a Mustang Dyno, in 88 degree heat. I wanted a baseline before I install the cam in a couple of weeks. Important thing to remember is to use the same dyno after you make changes since they all will give different numbers.
Congrats It sounds like you got a real freak. That's what my car did with similar mods but I had a mild cam too
The tuner said the same thing. In his words "you got a good one"
The difference after the tune is amazing. If you are doing mods get a tune. The tune is the best bang for the buck.
I have mine in at MTI for a tune. Have a blackwing, and catted dynatech headers. I am hoping for around 390.....we shall see on Wednesday. Great numbers
