Window Valet Problem! there goes my weekend!!

Man oh man, I need your help forum. I have a window valet that usually rolls both windows down when I press the unlock button 3 times on my fob. Now, only one window (drivers) rolls down. Why is this happening to me!!!! Am I cursed? Any help would be appreciated

This may be a stupid idea, but have you tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in?

It could be the dreaded window relay problem also. Does the window roll down when you use the door switch? Otherwise, I would just reprogram like the others have suggested.

Both windows roll up and down normally. Just doesn't work when I use the fob. I will try to reprogram if all else fails. I'm at the firehouse looking at the clock to like a schhol boy...and i got 5 minutes more. Thanks for helping!

I wold try to re-calibrate the fob first, battery may be low. I would then pull and reprogram the WValet, and reset according to your needs.

that suggests the relay in the door contorl module is the issue.

If the windows roll up and down normally, w/out fob your battery(in FOB) may be done.

To my forum brothers and firefighting sister...the problem is fixed. A few whacks of the hammer on the window motor will go a long way....temporarily...thanks eveyone. Have a great weekend!
