glad its all finally coming together Sean, it gonna look great, here is a pic of Gary and the Wife Ambra after they stole my roof....
Thanks Mike. I'm glad to have it all back together and back in my garage. I have to go back to the Barn later this month or in Dec for a wet sanding lesson.
Thanks for all the help on the wiring and pointers on the body work. I have finished the center console paint also, but need to fix some spots before I put it in. As expected as soon as I finish it, I decided I want to go with a double din setup for a new head unit. So I will be chopping that up this winter. I will also be tackling the fuel rail covers this winter.

Yup it probably was my car in pieces at Barry's. I remember seeing you post you were getting your car painted by Barry and figured my car was there too.

Correct, bling is not a prerequisite to get something modded at the barn. Once something is chopped or shaved, the usual result is some additional bling.
After listening to all of the conversion at the "Barn" yesterday it sounds as if it's going to be a very busy place this winter
Think I'll hesd up there right now and see what I can "steal"
Oh, how many times have you reached for the door handle?
The barn is always the busiest during the winter.
I stopped at McDonalds last night and was talking to my sister while trying to get in the car. She saw me reach for the handles at least twice before saying 'hey stupid, you have no door handles'.
BTW, I plugged the harness back up and all lights are working correctly. I think the dead battery could have been a factor in the problem. Either way, I'll keep an eye on it this week. Now back to cleaning the wheels.
Thanks for the props Bud. Glad we could finally get your car finished up and back to NoVa where it belongs. Equally glad to hear that the lights fixed themselves as well (must be that kick @ss red top ). Whenever you're ready to tackle your next project, you know we're just a phone call away. Well... and a couple hour drive . Enjoy that slick Vette!

Yeah it just might be that awesome red top.
I got that tensioner replaced this afternoon. That thing is a PIA to get to, but we got it done and released the hamsters. My next project is cleaning the engine and wheels. After that, I will be painting the fuel rail covers.

I have a hidden pull cable attached to (3) Co2 cartridges. It blows the coupe top off so I can get in. No really, I have a hidden manual pull cable incase the battery dies.
