Default 2003 ZO6 mods

I'm cosidering installing the VaraRam intake, and a Borla "stinger" exhaust on my 2003 ZO6. I'm also ready to replace tires (about 12,000 miles on the stock goodyears). Any feedback on these products would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

VaraRam
Borla Stingers

For tires....what's your budget?

Pricey - Michelin PS2
Less Pricey - Toyo T1R's
Inexpensive - Vredestein

Big on the Vararam! I just received mine this week, but will install it sometime this winter. Doesn't matter since I can't drive the Z again until spring.

Can't comment on the exhaust, but I've heard good things.

Regarding tires, Vredesteins are indeed inexpensive, but they perform WELL beyond their price point! They are awesome tires. I've had them for the past 8000 miles. My rears are wearing pretty quick but the fronts still look almost new.

The only drawback to the Vreds is that they don't come in stock front Z06 sizes. I had to order 275/40 rather than the 265 stock size. The sidewall is SLIGHTLY taller, but it's really hard to notice IMO. Some folks are pickier than I on the issue.
