But, I'm looking. Is this just a site really more about the Z06 and mods or if I'm looking at convertibles what do I need to do to fit in. I personally want the speed and performance but I have a wife that wants the top down.
I am being pretty picky right now just because there are so many out there. Any Thoughts?

I have been looking in the for sale areas thats why I was wondering,because allot of what I see is Z06s for sale.

As mentioned previously, this site is about all things corvette!!! Use it to research common issues and things to look for before purchasing. Keep up the search. there are plenty of low mileage, well cared for used vettes around...be patient.

thanks for all the replies!!! I have taken some knowledge from the CF with me while looking at a couple of vettes and glad I had ya'll on my side. I guess I just got to wondering why it is mostly the Z06 in the for sale section,is that what everyone drove?

They could be the most likely candidates to upgrade first, just because they had to shell out more $$ initially to get in the game, so when the C6 ZO6 hit, they might have jumped faster than those of us who bought the coupes.. still plenty of good cars at good prices around here.

J/k. Figure out what you want (or your Wife) and spend some time and you will be able to find a nice one.
