Default Props to AutoBuffs

Guys I just wanted to give some praise to John over at AutoBuffs for helping me ALOT with my wheels. I had the fun of going down a long and costly road with one of our ex-vendors . In that process I received John's help and it turned my very bad experience into a good one. The end result is me finally getting the wheels I was after. If you guys need wheels give John a call. Between him and Noel they WILL take care of you. Customer service at its best!

Thanks so much Mike
Glad Noel and myself were able to resolve your problem and turn a horrible experience into a great one for you.

Remember to post up pictures of the new wheel package for us to drool over.

What fantastic news Mike! So glad to hear you finally have what you WANT! Can't wait to see pics

I know John is good people but sounds like he really did a solid here as well! It's a good day for the forum as an ASSET seems to have been identified!

Give him business!!!

Also, if possible Mike can you share more of how this went down? Sounds like J.P.M. deserves all the praise they can get!

Congrats again buddy!!!!

"Also, if possible Mike can you share more of how this went down? Sounds like J.P.M. deserves all the praise they can get!"

tbrent its funny you mention that so I will fill the forum in...it really even makes John more likeable and really shows his character. I originally had a terrible time getting wheels I wanted from a EX vendor here on the board. During my rants, which I did alot , I started slamming iForged in a thread. John replied in that thread and I fired back at him. I didnt know who he was or what he was about. Through a PM he asked me why I was beating up iForged and I explained to him what had happened...a long story. Instead of letting the problem go HE PERSONALLY started making some phone calls for me and offered to help me! Again I have never met this guy or gave him any prior buisness. It turned out that John was able to give me more help and answers in a few days of pm's and phone calls than the azz clowns who sold me incorrect wheels could never do for over 13weeks!

So what happened....John helped me locate a buyer who was looking for the exact same wheels I had and I now have coming to me the exact wheels I wanted Seriously John aka J.P.M, right on

Thanks, Mike and Taryn
I have been pretty busy cleaning up the IForged mess left here by a prior vendor and have takin much abuse due to the same.
I had many talks with Noel "Owner of AutoBuffs" and Andy Wheeler " Dealer for Modular Concepts" and we all agree that the main focus of a business is the customer service to which we all are fully commited to.
My outlook is, just because you bought IForged from a different vendor doesnt exclude me or Noel from helping out that customer as he or she is still a customer of the same company. What I did for mike was something many vendors on this board would do without blinking an eye.

In the end Mike is happy with his purchase and his wheels should be done very soon as I will get an update when the IForged gang returns from SEMA.

Thanks to everyone again for the kind words about myself, Noel and AutoBuffs
