Ncevette, i have similar mods and just did a dyno test on a Mustang MD dyno and mine showed 295 hp @rear wheels. Mine is an A4. I didn't know you could run quarter mine on a dyno. They let me do that and ran a 13.40, 105mph. I have Blackwing, B&B PRTs, and no tune. How much gain can you expect with a tune?

With this setup you prob wont need a tune. Exhaust don't effect the performance only sound. Headers will effect performance but not just the mufflers. Your black wing will probably let more air in but you car shoudl automatically adjust the A/F. I don't think it will change it that much to where you would need a tune.
