They appear to be out of business or something. Many people including myself did not receive their orders. I finally disputed the payment with my credit card company and have been reimbursed, and I strongly suggest you do the same. They have lost their Supporting Vendor status and have been out of touch for nearly a month.

Yeah, tell me about it! I'm really disappointed I didn't get them.
I ordered in August... but they mis-typed my address on the shipping label, so they came all the way to Alaska (4 rotors, pads, and lines... one heavy, expensive package) and got returned 6 weeks later. Late September, i was told they were just sent back out to the RIGHT address.... and have not seen them.
But, I got my money back so BSI can go **** themselves for all I care. (After everyone else gets their money back, of course)
