strange noise

strange noise
Thought i would post this in C5 gen also.
Recently i had some paint work done to my vert. While having it painted i had them paint my FRC's, washer fluid tank, coolant tank and radiator shroud. After i picked up the car i took my wife shopping and on the way home i got a low coolant display, i was only a mile from my house so i went home and as i was backing into the driveway i got the low coolant again and a strange buzzing alarm sound from behind the dash somewhere. This buzzing lasted less then a minute and went away. I looked and it looks like i have enough coolant in the tank, its about 3/4 or more full. I ran the codes and about 34 differant codes came up but they all have an H after them except one that has a H C, it is C2120, i do have aftermarket wheels adn tires and no tire pressure sensors.
Any help would be great....Thank you in advance.
