please help
Has any cf member dealt with BSI OR Brake Solutions International. I ordered slotted and drilled rotors and hawk ceramic pads 299.00 + shipping on 11/22/08. I have not received the product as of yet and can not get them to return phone calls plus I have tried to contact them on there web-site with no answer. I have been trying to contact them for the last several days. Please any information will help! Thank-you

My advise is to go to your credit card company and dispute this transaction, because you will *NOT* get your parts. I did this and got refunded in 48 hours. And I ordered on August 17.
