And besides when has GM not been in financial crisis. I don't see it happen. The corvette is the flagship you generally start dropping less dominant cars before you start dropping a vehicle that is the mule for all technology going into GM cars across the board. Just my opinion though.

We need to know what the sales margin is on the corvette. I would assume very profitable, since it's a small batch run and higher MSRP price than most of the GM vehicles. The suburban and other SUV's would disappear before the Corvette. It's the end of the SUV domination era, thank goodness. Good ridance!
