What other types of wheels were you thinking of? The vette doesn't look good in crazy spiral looking wheels and bling bling kinds. Also for a vette you should go with performance and while not all wheels on vettes are performance kinds they usually mimic the performance ones. I do hear the teddy bear wheels add 10 hp though.

IMO not every rim looks right on a vette. Some of the off the wall rims cheapen the look of the car or make it look like a teenager owns it. I like classy wheels that almost everybody likes (like my ccw 505a). I usually perfer a 5 spoke type rim over all others.
Now on a totally custom car/truck the off the wall rims look fine. Some retro rod rims look great on a custom c1/c2 imo too.
