Question about brake pads
What is the order of the best brake pads? I think I have it correct, but just to make sure...
Metallic > Semi-Metallic > Ceramic > Carbon-Metallic
02 Z06 comes stock with ceramic right?

ZO6s do NOT come with Ceramic pads, neither do any C5s. GM Ceramic pads are available (I ran a set), they do not stop good, dust VERY little (light colored dust also), are hard on rotors, and will fade badly with repeated hard use (not for track use).
I think the best pads are HAWK HPS, they stop better than ZO6 pads and dust much less. I am currently running them (with cross drilled and slotted, zinc plated, cryogenically treated rotors).
