Door part number question
Hello,
My vette is missing a cover that covers the three holes in the door on the inside of the pull handle. It is basically a plastic strip around 3 inches in length that plugs those holes. Does anybody know the name for that part and where I can get one?

It's a dealer special order item, i dont have the part number but i know its referred as the "door handle trim plug" or something like that, it's a $2 item at the dealer...

What color is this piece?
If black (maybe they are all black?), the p/n should be 10279471. I'm not positive, but based on the diagram I found, I think it's the right piece. It's simply referred to as "Plug back" and is listed at $2.63.

The p/n came up on the gmpartshouse.com and the illustration appears to look correct. That will save me from dealing with the local dealer that reaches the incompetence levels I have not seen previously.
