Default Trunk Divder

I just put my Trunk Divder in my Z06 and it is not flush with the top touching the bottom of the rear window. I've tried lifting it to get it flush but it wont work for me. Did anyone have this problem? What should I do to make it perfect????

Thanks

- Chris

Are you saying that it doesn't touch the window?

Try installing it in the trunk and pushing it into place.

What I was trying to say was that I don't believe it is supposed to be flush with the window.

This is from the install sheet that came with my partition.
There should be a .5-.625" gap across the top of the partition. This gap is for airflow from the inside of the car to the rear vent. (So that the doors shut properly). If you reduce this gap to much the pressure in the cabin is to great and the doors need to be slammed.

Toplessblonde... Yeah I was thinking it was supose to have no gap, not to see in the trunk area. Thank you.

and

Johnnydee... That just made me feel 10 times better. I was going losing my mind. I thought it wasnt fitting right or there was something wrong with it. That makes a ton of sense, with the door not closing properly if there was no airflow. Thanks alot.

Thanks again!!!!
