A set of long tube headers with hi flo cats, X pipe and air intake, along with a good dyno tune from a reputable tuner should give you the most bang for the buck. This should not be much more than $2500 installed.

My car was done incrementally, documenting what each step produced. I got about 50 HP from this. BTW, LG Streets are what I put on mine, see sig for the rest. The tuner is really the key to getting the power and driveability you want. Also make sure you have the installer upgrade the clamps if you go with the Streets. LG makes a great product but these are budget priced and don't come with the wider clamps, leading to leakage. I replaced all with the wide stainless clamps and that solved the leakage issue.

It all depends on what you want from the car. Do you want (need) more HP or better seat of the pants acceleration?

If you are lookin to wake the car up, I would go with a different rear end maybe 3.42 if you have an A4 or 3.90s if you have an MN6.

Id say, a nice intake and a cat-back exhaust. Then save a little more buy Long Tubes and get a tune Good Luck trying to stop the Mod Bug

Some good advice above.
Cam, SC.
What are you looking to attain? And the age old adage of you can go as fast as you want to spend.
Current transmission and rear end would be good to know.

Racing stripes add about 25 hp to the rear wheels...

Intake and Exhaust are the easiest to install and make a definite difference! Cheers, Indy.

With the headers and some 3.42 gears you would take a full sec of you 1/4 mile ET. The headers and tune could give you up to 50 rwhp. Plus the sound is much improved. You will love it.

So far, I ave done a Vararam Intake and Corsa Pace Car cat back exhaust. Very happy with the results and love the sound of the Corsa exhaust. Next I will do the long tube headers, x-pipe and a tune.

Cold air intake, exhaust, tune. I have a Vararam, Borlas, and a tune which I believe has netted me about 50hp.

Best bang for the buck.First gears, good tires, and spray a 100-150 shot with a good tune. Then start saving for a high stall converter.
