I'd like to know also.
I wonder if this is the same thing:

lists availability as '97-01?? Seems like they should fit the full C-5 range.

I have a set of Specter Werkes lights http://www.spectergtr.com/images/IMG_4231.jpg
and in my opinion are total junk, but at least they are expensive.

I've never been a fan of non pop ups on a C5. JMHO.

Me neither but im tire of replacing my headlight motor/gear/linkage every couple years.
