It comes from not driving the car long enough during cold weather to allow the heat to burn off the normal condensation that results from the internal combustion process...

Also, make sure that you don't have a valve-cover leak or something like that. If the integrity of your PCV system has been compromise you will see things like this PLUS eventually you will see rust on the dip-stick and.................well you can imagine that it keeps going.
Luckily, Mobil1 helps prevent much of this type of situation.
Bottom line: Keep an eye on it!
