They made ...........
1,398 41U black convertibles in 2003
949 of ALL COLOR 2003 convertibles had the 67I oak interior
1,921 41U black convertibles in 2004
2,128 of ALL COLOR 2004 convertibles had the 67I oak interior
So I'm thinking with those numbers there should be quite a few 2003/2004 black 'verts with oak interior.
(And interestingly, that's a big jump in oak interiors for 'verts, from 948 in 2003 to 2,128 in 2004. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the Shale interior Anniverary model being available in 2003)

First vert I bought was going to be that combo but when I saw the Mill. Yellow on the showroom floor forgetaboutit ! lol....then the 04 Commemorative came out and that was that ! One thing I love about the 03 Aniv. and the 04 Commemorative's is they are the only C5 vettes that do not have a Black Dash.
