Default workshop............

My 800 sq ft workshop is just that . With Rotary inground lift ( under the covered GN) the shop has 250 amp power , 10hp 125 gallon compressor, air outlets allaround the shop. Electrical outlets are at 18" and 42" spaced every 8 ft and on the ceiling as well. The lighting is ' natural florescent'. Six inch (6") concrete has radiant heating for the minus 20 degree winters. The ceilings are ten ft (10') tall . Its small but functional for what I do anymore.[IMG][/IMG]

You have 2 garage doors? Do you have 2 openers?

That was kinda the intent. A den with my cars parked around. Watch the ballgame as you are working on your car.

Each opener has three buttons. One for each garage door including the basement garage.

Its actually pretty amazing that you were allowed to have a garage with living space above without installing 5/8" type X with a minimum of a firetape..... Thats the code here in Colorado.
