Default Does your Vette do things to screw with your head?

By the time I got home from a long day at work yesterday it was too late to cook. My wife and I went to the local diner. We get sat at a window seat right in front of the car. I was thinking this is great I get to keep an eye on it as we eat. This is where the car ruined my dinner. After the lights go off I notice that only 1 headlight went down. I then ate my dinner with a little man running circles in my dead going "is the module going" " "do the gears need to be replaced" " is the motor going bad" 'how much is this going to cost" . We get in the car and go home. The headlight goes up and down like it should. It then continues to go up and down the other ten times I play with it trying to make it duplicate the problem. So I am asking my fellow Corvette owners if your car does things to screw with you every now and then.

It was just winking at you.
Seriously, I think it was just a minor glitch. The computer probably didn't see the right voltage parameters, and thought there was a bulb out. If it doesn't see the right voltage level, it will keep the light up as a way to let you know there is a bulb out.
Keep an eye on that headlight. You may have a bulb going bad.

Mine did that too a couple weeks ago. I turned on the headlights and the drivers side did not pop up but the light was on. After turning on and off a couple times it came up and has not repeated this since. No unusual noises like a gear going bad or anything else.

Sometimes it seems the cars develop a minor electrical glitch. Hopefully your's doesn't repeat itself.

My Vette messes with my head.

It makes me stare at it.

Sometimes I go out into the garage and just look at it. I may even do it once again before bed.

Been doin' this for over 5 years.

I'm sure I am the only one with this problem. I am one messed up dude, no doubt.
