How to clean the raidiator!! HElp

Just wondering is it ok to clean the raidiator with a powerwash or spray it with the water hos or there is a type product i need to buy to clean it. i know i have to have to take the raidiator cover but do i also have to take out the fans! or are they water proof! Need suggestions please!

Fans are water proof and I either use air or my power washer with zero issues at all

I drive up ramps and free the crap from underneath with a long thin stick. I don't poke at the stuff just sweep the stick back and forth and the stuff fall downs. I made and installed on of those screens tis summer and that has worked well.

Take off the air cleaner, and the big long black plastic assembly under the filter that keeps the radiator away. This isn't a good picture because the problem was differet, but you should get the idea. You have to take off everyting on the top left on the pic, but IMHO it is the hard way to do it.
