"Jake" Exhaust Plate?
Anyone know of someone that makes one? I've been thinking about just painting the stock area and applying a decal, but just seeing if there were other options.

I made one that the eyes light up when the brakes are applied. I thought it looked pretty cool.

That is seriously bad ***. You wanna make some money and make me one? Or let us know how you made it? Exactly what I want for mine.

Looks like plexiglass with an LED in it and a vinyl sticker (or maybe an aluminum plate). Damn cool idea!!!

I used a carbon fiber Jake sticker on a satin black painted cover (very subtle look). I applied red reflective tape under the eyes of Jake. I think it looks pretty cool. Especially at night.

There is also a pretty cool article in the March 2008 edition of Corvette Magazine on page 72. It tells of the origin of the Jake - it was designed and drawn by Eddie Jabbour on a bar napkin.
It symbolizes the P&M crew's "take no prisoner" attitude. It was originally intended as a tribute to the crew, but ended up becoming mainstream with the younger "up and coming" Vette fans that the ALMS had inspired.
