Default No Start?
Every once in a while i will get into my 01 z06 and it will not crank, everything turns on but it will not crank. i have to push the clutch about 5-10 times before it will finally turn over. Im guessing there is some problem with the switch that tells the computer the clutch is engaged so it will let the car start. Does anyone else have any input on this. Thanks

Could be the switch or some other problem.

You can pull connector and jump the curcuit by connecting a little jumper lead or test lead the next it does not work and see if this solves your problem.

First look at the clutch sensor switch, agree with a jumper wire test, but only temporarily if you like the looks of the front of your ride!

I did this when I converted my coupe to a FRC and changed from an auot to six speed and was testing out some of the wiring.

Becareful, you car will start in gear and lurch forward if it's in gear.

It should be right there under the dash connected to the pedal arm with a quick disconnect plug.
